Bill’s passion for real estate extends 45 years as a shopping center executive including 20 years at Simon Property Group. As a Vice President / Assistant Vice President, he was a Leading producer for Simon Property Group for 10 consecutive years in the top 50 markets throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and Florida. In 2015, Bill founded ABC Advisors a consulting and leasing company for A, B, C, rated regional properties.
Professionally he has generated revenue results and surmounted budget forecasts for over 80 million sf of property with major developers throughout his career. During his tenure he has established personal relationships with many well-known retailers in the United States. Bill is an accomplished creative dealmaker, strategist, and leader in the real estate industry. He is also a Member of the ICSC/ International Council of Shopping Centers and a graduate of West Virginia University. He resides in downtown Indianapolis with his wife Lisa Clare and is a proud parent of 3 daughters and has 7 grandchildren.
Scott Schuler brings an agricultural background, entrepreneurial spirit, and has a vast knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Scott’s background includes:
• Operating a 7,000 acre farm growing corn, soybeans, and seed corn
• Buying and selling over 25 farms; including 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and several Reverse 1031’s

• Assisting to finalize transactions for dozens of parcels of land for purchase

With 18 years of experience in the Indianapolis Metro area, Mike has closed 260 transactions and $60 million in sales assisting clients with residential real estate, commercial real estate, land acquisition, relocation to areas outside of Indy, business leasing, and investment real estate.
His Commercial brokerage experience includes retail and clinical pharmacy site selection, insurance office tenant rep, gas station & C-store land sales, medical office sales and tenant rep, retail auto part store site selection, & site sales for a well-known regional IT company.
Recent achievements include 4x Masters level production, 5x Quality Service Award, 14 time multi-million production, ranking within the Century 21 Indiana/Ohio region as high as #26 individual producer, and broker’s designation since 2005. In 2002, Mike graduated with a business management degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where he was a 4 year traveling member of the men’s golf program. Mike’s mother owned Century 21 offices in Washington and Loogootee in southwest Indiana for nearly 30 years. Mike is originally from Washington, Indiana and is a graduate of Washington High School.
Mark has been a licensed broker in Metropolitan Indianapolis for 25 years.
