Over the years, Robb has accumulated many experiences and honed his skills with a successful career in commercial banking and commercial real estate. Robb’s many years in commercial lending give him an advantageous perspective on transaction details. As an advisor, he understands how a transaction appears to a bank and, more importantly, he understands how to preemptively solve transaction issues and provide creative structures in order to expedite closings.
